Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Hoursbox (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@hoursbox.com.

1. The Service

Hoursbox is a focus instrument that helps you plan a few daily priorities, run focus sessions, and see a Focus Score. The Service is offered "as is" while it continues to develop, and features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.

3. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan gives you the core daily loop at no cost and with no credit card required.
The optional Pro plan (currently US$5 / month, localized for Indonesia) adds unlimited history and trends, AI coaching, integrations, and CSV export.
You are only charged if you choose to upgrade. You can cancel Pro at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — for example by attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, or by using it to violate the law or others' rights.

5. Your content

Your priorities, sessions, and reflections belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you as part of running the Service.

6. Availability & liability

We work to keep Hoursbox available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Hoursbox is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
